Marcello holds the combined role within the Digatron Group as Head of Global Sales & Marketing simultaneously as the GM of Italian-based Digatron Systems, the group equipment design and manufacturing center for lithium cell assembly equipment and formation solutions. Marcello has an engineering master’s degree in aeronautics from Politecnico di Milano (Italy). He has over 20 years of experience in the global automotive industry with Fiat Chrysler serving in different leading roles from operations to quality, after-sales to CEO of various national sales companies. From 2015 Marcello entered the energy storage industry leading the worldwide sales and marketing operation of a primary industrial group active in engineering lead battery assembly equipment and lithium-ion cell assembly machinery solutions together with selling power electronics formation solutions. Having worked and lived in 7 countries across several continents, Marcello brings a unique international and diverse skillset to this global role with the experience to guide the Digatron global sales teams towards further success.
