Digatron BNT-IGBT

Battery tester for Modules of up to 150 volts

With the BNT-IGBT, you can test battery modules in the voltage range of up to 150 volts and 500 amps. Its unique modularity enables stand-alone operation or the aggregation of several devices into one – for simplified control. Thanks to regenerative technologies, the device is highly energy and cost efficient even at peak power. Specifically developed for tests on drive batteries, you can use this device to test components on the 48-volt on-board electrical system, batteries for small BEVs, traction batteries for industrial trucks and many more battery modules.

High-current from 500 amps

Allows dynamic high-current applications with several hundred amps to be implemented.

 

High energy efficiency

All power elements feature IGBT power amplifiers and bidirectional power units with full sine wave grid regeneration.

 

Scalable

The modular construction, including all winding material, allows the system to be easily expanded by the addition of more modules for higher current and power.

 

Precise test results

Thanks to cutting-edge, perfectly synchronized hardware and software, our equipment achieves precise measurement results.

 

Parallel connection of circuits

Several built-in power elements can be connected in parallel to increase the current accordingly. It is also possible to link several test stations.
