Digatron MCT-RE II

High-accurate and space-saving cell tester for energy-efficient and high-current tests from 300 amps or more

With this cycler, you can effortlessly perform high-current tests on battery cells in the current range from 300 amps. Higher currents of up to 1,800 amps are possible through parallel connection. The MCT-RE II is highly energy and cost efficient. Thanks to its regenerative power supply, a large part of the energy used is made available again via the DC link or fed back into the grid. The high-current cell tester also features the highest packing density on the market and saves an enormous amount of space. It is ideal for laboratories that perform automated test runs on cells in the high-current range and that need highly accurate measurements. Additionally, you also save cost for air conditioning of your lab.

Ultimate safety

The device not only features galvanic isolation from the grid, but the channels are also safely isolated from one another.

 

Precise test results

The RE II series offers a very high accuracy of 0.02 % FS and two selectable current ranges. Thanks to cutting-edge hardware and software that are perfectly synchronized with each other, you can obtain precise measurement results.

 

Parallel connection of channels

Several power outputs can be easily and flexibly connected in parallel to increase the current accordingly.

 

Maximum scalability

The device can be optimally scaled from a few channels with just one plug-in unit to several dozens and effectively grows with your demands.

 

High energy efficiency

All power elements feature regenerative DC links and bidirectional power units with Digatron’s exclusive B.E.S.T. technology (please refer the datasheet below).
